Description

Spectovet is acombination of antibiotics designed to treat a range of bacterial infections in pigeons. Thes may include Mycoplasma spp. (Chronic Respiratory Disease), Streptococcus spp, Staphylococcus spp, Corynebacteria spp, E. coli and Salmonella spp.

The active ingredients within Spectovet are readily absorbed by the body and achieve effective levels in all body fuuids and tissues including respiratory tissues.  

For the treatment of infections susceptible to the action of Lincomycin and Spectinomycin in pigeons.

DIRECTIONS:

  • Give 1 tablet daily for birds up to 500g (18oz) of body weight for 5-7 days.
  • Give 2 tablets daily for birds 500g-1Kg (18-35oz) of body weight for 5-7 days.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Active Constituents: per tablet: 18mg Spectinomycin, 9mg Lincomycin.
