AU stands for the American Racing Pigeon Union. AU bands are a different color each year.

    I buy these bands every year for new baby pigeons. It takes my pigeons about 10-12 days to get to right size for the bands. Every year there is a new color. In the past I lost some birds the people who found them were able to contact me because Foys keeps track of who bought the rings by the numbers on the rings. Excellent product.
