Natural Hi‑Calcium Grit + Anise

Mixture of red stone, marine shells, oyster grit, and flint

Natural Hi‑Calcium Grit + Anise is a balanced mineral blend formulated to support strong digestion and overall condition in pigeons. This grit contains no appetite‑enhancing substances — only pure, essential components that help birds process their feed efficiently.

The combination of red stone, marine shells, oyster grit, and flint works together to:

  • Improve Digestion: Enhances the grinding action in the gizzard, allowing grains to be broken down more effectively so nutrients are fully assimilated.

  • Provide Minerals & Trace Elements: Red brick particles, oyster grit, and shell fragments supply vital minerals that support health, feather quality, and performance.

  • Ensure Clean, Safe Intake: Heated to over 200°C to eliminate harmful micro‑organisms and ensure a hygienic grit source.

Natural Hi‑Calcium Grit + Anise is a dependable daily mineral supplement that should be available to pigeons at all times so they can regulate their intake according to their needs.

    Great stuff

Pretty good, my bird seems fine with it, first time pigeon owner and I didn't want to spend over 100 bucks getting a mix of normal and red stone grit that comes in 50 pound quantities... glad there was a small option that is a mixture already? Although a lot of the pieces are too large to be eaten by my Chinese owl, I'm sure that varies from bag to bag, but there are plenty of smaller pieces for her to pick through.

    Natural grit

I prefer the Natural brand grit, or I should say my homers prefer the Natural brands. Must be my smeller out of whack, but I could not small any anise when I opened the sack.
