Red grit
My birds were constantly just picking the red grit out of the grit I would buy for them! When I saw a small cheap bag of red grit alone I thought perfect. Although you’ll have tons of red poo that dries into red dusty poo. But my birds have been picky with way since ive had them. I even had to by certain food because they would pick only their favorite pieces. I still need to get some to mix with it but it’s nice finally having something they fully enjoy
